The Miss Woodstock Pageant Committee is a group of local business owners, community leaders and residents who volunteer their time to organize and produce the annual Miss Woodstock Pageant. The Pageant is in it's 75th year of existence thanks to a long history of dedicated volunteers giving back to the young women of the Woodstock community! The Little Miss Woodstock pageant was added in 2016 for ages 8-12 years old. the Miss pageant is open to ages 16 to 21. Dickinson's Little Vaudeville, established in 1993, is the only "Kids' Vaudeville School" in the U.S.A. Girls & Boys, ages 5-20, use singing, dancing and comedy to perform FREE shows that benefit the Woodstock Food Pantries. This old-fashioned Variety format uses music dated BEFORE 1950. Kids perform year-round, and no stage experience is necessary. Classes include stage etiquette, Vaudeville History & Terminology - circa early 1900s, stage confidence, voice projection, and face-to-face communication skills.
