Richard Cahan and Michael Williams will recount the private journey of photographer and preservationist, Richard Nickel. In their talk: Richard Nickel - Dangerous Years, Cahan and Williams will share stories and photographs about Nickel's crusade to protect the Chicago architectural heritage that was his life, all the way to his dramatic death at age 43. The Chicago buildings that were loved by Nickel, will be highlighted. Following this fascinating presentation, Cahan and Williams will answer audience questions, fulfilling the Creative Living Series as an experience of both inspiration and entertainment.
