Implementing Policies and Procedures. This workshop will help ensure fair and consistent treatment of staff and reflect and promote your organization's culture. Properly selected and crafted, they serve as valuable guiding principles to be used by management for handling day-to-day work situations. This workshop takes a broad look at policies and answers many of your questions. 
 
As time permits, we may review common concerns. Participants are encouraged to bring specific policy questions and policy manuals.
