This exclusive one-hour yoga class in the beautiful natural play area at Young at Heart is followed by a 30 minute social with the senior dogs. Experience relaxing, gentle movements combined with breathing and posture exercises. No yoga experience needed! Bring water and a mat or a towel. Ticket is required and is nonrefundable.
