Participants in the Feed Your Soul Equine Gestalt Therapy Group at Soulful Prairies share joys and disappointments in a safe environment while creating deeper connections with themselves and others.
Event Description:
Grow into new perspectives and share a deeper connection with yourself and others
This is an evening not only to take a deep breath and sit with others, but to open your heart to the differences that make people unique and embrace the similarities that create connection. We will share joys and disappointments in a safe environment without judgment.
As the horses support you through the process, participants experience the life changing, deep healing of Gestalt therapy. The result is a journey toward self awareness where internal conflict can be identified and addressed.

- Event is held in the Arena
- Wear appropriate clothing as the arena is not heated or air-conditioned
- In extreme weather, we may meet in the Main House
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Maximum Attendance – 12
- Guests 18 years and older are welcome
