Participants in the Feed Your Soul Equine Gestalt Therapy Group at Soulful Prairies share joys and disappointments in a safe environment while creating deeper connections with themselves and others.
Event Description:
Experience the life-changing effects of equine Gestalt therapy in a group setting at Soulful Prairies Equine Gestalt Therapy and Retreat Center. As the horses support participants through the deep-healing process, individuals gain self-awareness and the ability to share a deeper connection with themselves and others. The group meets most months on the third Thursday in the relaxing, non-judgmental and safe environment of the indoor arena. Registration is required for each session with no limit to the number of sessions attended.
