Join us for the 19th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk. Help us care for the local uninsured women and men of McHenry County in need of breast cancer screenings, education, and preventative care. All proceeds will go toward the Family Health Partnership Clinic's Breast Cancer Fund.
