Event Description:
The Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry is pleased to bring Wine Walk to the Woodstock Square on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. We’ve got some exciting things planned!
NEW THIS YEAR
The cost to be a wine stop is $125.00.
Cost Includes:
You have the option of either providing your own appetizers/snacks or having us coordinate a food sponsor for your location. Please do not reach out to a restaurant to donate the food since we don’t want to duplicate efforts or have restaurants receive multiple asks. All food offerings must be approved by the Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Since all wine stops will have food, you don’t need to feed people – just a bite or small sample!
On the day of the event, wine stop businesses need to provide:

PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES
EXCLUSIVE WINE WALK PRESENTING SPONSOR (Limit 1): Presenting Partner for 2024 Woodstock Wine Walk. Includes ½ page ad in program booklet and co-host listing on all promotional materials and event marketing. Signage at the event featuring sponsorship. Recognition on Facebook Page. Logo on bag handed out to all attendees. Booth space available at the event. 4 complimentary tickets. ($2,000)
LANYARD SPONSOR (Limit 2): Sponsor logo will be printed on 300 commemorative wine glass lanyards. Sponsor will be listed on all event materials and event website. Recognition on Facebook page. 2 complimentary tickets. ($1,000 Members; $1,500 Non-Members)
BAG SPONSOR (Limit 5): Sponsor logo printed on Bag. Sponsor will be listed on all event materials and event website. ($300 Members; $450 Non-Members)
WINE GLASS SPONSOR (Limit 2): Sponsor logo will be printed on one side of 300 commemorative event wine glasses. Sponsor will be listed on all event materials and event website. Recognition on Facebook page. 2 complimentary tickets. ($750 Members; $1,000 Non-Members)
APPETIZER SPONSOR No Fee, Just the Cost of Food: You provide bite-size samples for up to 300 people. Food sponsors receive ½ page ad in the program booklet, listing on event website, space to promote your business in the location where your food is served
WINE TASTING LOCATION (Limit 15): Limited to 15 total locations on/adjacent to the Square. Locations listed in event materials and on event website. WINE TASTING LOCATIONS AGREE TO PROVIDE ALL ITEMS ON REGISTRATION INFORMATION: A covered table for the wine service; Ice and bucket for keeping the white wine chilled; A dump bucket of some kind as not all will like the wine selection; Trash can for garbage; A table for appetizers or snacks (If you choose not to provide your own food, you will be assigned an appetizer sponsor. You will need to provide them space to promote their business); **Create a unique offer, sale, or promotion that sets you apart and keeps customers coming back for more. Make your business the one they remember and want to visit again!** ($125 Members; $200 Non-Members)

- We’ve partnered with Winestock to help curate an excellent tasting selection of exclusively red, white, sparkling and rose wines for our guests to sample.
- To simplify the ticket purchasing and guest experience, we are offering only general admission tickets this year. This means all Wine Walk guests can spend more time at your business!
- We’re adding a program booklet for guests with sponsor ads/promotions/coupons, a tasting location guide and a section for tasting notes.
- Snack or appetizer tastes at all wine tasting locations
